CMSF not loading, win 7 64 bit

I have same problem here but in CMSF +MARINES +NATO +BRITISH Demo. Ran the exe and it shows the Battlefront SplashScreen and instantly game CTD showing the same problem that acrashb. AMD 64 X2 4200+ ATI 4870 Drivers 10.11
