I'm all for realism; and this gave me just that, with whatever computer technology can offer. Sadly, it's not as mainstream as other games, so maybe doesnt receive as much funding into development as other games. Quite possibly, this realism concept is dead for good with other games like Men of War or Company of Heroes receiving so much popularity. Nothing wrong with those games, they just aren't about realism- it's arcade. Sure this game can be dull and has bugs, but I just admire the amount of considerations that went into making sure it is as realistic as possible. I still play this game and wish there was an independent community that I could contribute to. Anyway, I am waiting for Kharkov 1943 to come out. It looks like a promising revival of this genre. Maybe other developers will begin producing something similar.

Try seeing the difference if morale is off. MAy be the driver is panicking and driving like a headless chicken. Also, see if driver has the skill and intelligence. I am not sure, I am just suggesting.
