I have a paradox copy and the download sasid all versions

I also have version 6.14.10.9371 wich is the fastest driver which I use because am having another problem with another game

When I try to run the game it says that "this application failed to start because elicen40.dll was not found" I currently have a windows XP with an NVIDIA GEFORCE 7100 GS which worked in Ver. 1.6. I have over 1GB RAM and 80GB hard disk My card has 712MB Virtual Memory

Your specs seem fine to me. Seems more like the version you are using! What OS do you run? If it's XP try This version 1.06

They do get really slow if I use the Driver you were talking about. For example Ghost Recon : Advanced Warfighter used to have the slowest frame rate on any game I play and most of them are very quick shoot em ups , simulations(Fighter jets) , and multiple online multiplayer games which must be sped up as the numbers of people on servers at once can easily stop or slow down any low ended graphics card. Ghost recon also uses vertex shader to make for a more realistic game and the NVIDIA 7100 GS has vertex shading 3.0.
