I've just downloaded Command OPs2 core engine which includes 3 scenarios plus map and scenario editors from Lock n' Load website: lnlpublishing.com This is a FREE download with the options of purchasing further modules later. The latest version is also multi-player. Hopefully this looks like it may be of use.
