And a big thank you to the guys at the help desk. Went through this to discover that I couldn’t find my license key for base CMSF purchased pre 2008 and so no longer stored on the updated website. Had a very stressful time searching old hard drives. The help desk solved this in a couple of hours. Hoorah.

I'm going to hazard a guess that on the left he'll move up his Stuart to the zig-zag hedge to overwatch the field with the foxholes. If so, you might get a flank shot in. Good luck anyway.

You need to make those Pzshreks count. Covered armour arcs at short range (50yds?). Ammo preservation. Let him come to you. And when the moment is right "smite him down! Make him pay for his folly!" (in the style of c3k....!)

Now if those mines immobilise the Stuart, you'll be looking good. I wonder if the morale of his troops is low, and how many of then are/were green.

Perhaps he couldn't feel the vibrations because he was quivering in fear...it's quite scary being deaf and blind on a battlefield.

I may have missed it, but is there a time limit that you can work towards? I don't have this map, but presumably you don't have to hold all objectives to win on points. Have you any plan for withdrawing to a suitable defensive position where troops can be consolidated and still contest enough objective points? Or are you too heavily engaged?

You appear to have made significant progress in reducing the enemy firepower. How are your remaining troops and how do you rate your chances now? Have you reached the crisis of the battle, do you think?

Perhaps, to represent the reliability issues, if one purchases three panthers for a QB, there should be a fair chance that only two enter the battle....

Just checking in to say I'm enjoying your DAR. it's the first I've seen with the potential for MOUT and a mobile defence. I say potential, as there may be no men or buildings standing in a few turns! Keep up the good work.

I can vouch that JonS is not an AI only player. Unless I don't realize it but am only a computer program...but I wouldn't be asking that if I were a computer program...unless of course I had been programmed to ask that......omg!!! :eek:

If $20 is actually going to Battlefront, then I might preorder. I suspect this actually goes to the delivery company (DHL). Can anyone confirm? Also, customs tax was a further £20 on top of this for CMBN Steel Box. Are we liable for further taxes this time, too?

AFAIK, target arc will allow heavy or light weapon engagement. Target light is probably your best alternative. Blasting should be able to breach hedge or bocage.

Thanks for checking. I really don't see them anywhere on the map....
There are a few units outside of the setup zone, but besides those there doesn't appear to be anything near or across the river. I know I saw TRP's in an earlier mission with no issue.

I too couldn't see the TRPs in Counterattack....until the review screen (I got a Tactical Victory!). Then they appeared on the German side of the map. Could it be that these are Allied TRPs?
Anyway...great work Fredrock and the Canal is next on the menu of pain!

Yes, Being provided with a new CMSF 1 key solved my problem.
I’d check with the help desk. But I suspect that if you have bought the $35 Big bundle pack, you will need CMSF1 NATO and Brits keys for things to work properly. They may be able to help
