The short barrel SAW is in my 3ID mod. It works but it is buggy. I am hoping BFC gives us a short barrel SAW with the Brit mod.

Yeah, roger. I tried to mod the vest into an Eagle CIRAS, but the default model has a funky shadow where the vest is velcroed together over the chest. Not much I can do about that. So, until BFC change the US model to include the IOTV instead of the IBA, we are stuck with it.
Thank you for knitpicking, you should consider taking a job in the federal government. They could use someone with your...ability.

1. I have some contacts at 1/75. The word on the street is they are getting Multicam before there next trip to the sandbox.
2. Maybe you missed that part where I said "-Ops Core VAS Shroud NVG mount". Those come in tan, and that is what I wanted to use.

I guess you could also say they the aren't wearing their pants are bloused they aren't Merrell Sawtooths, don't have MK 48's and aren't wearing their NODs at night.

Extract and place in your ‘z’ folder
Most textures are modified stock BFC textures, I just photo shopped them.
This mod includes:
-ACU and MultiCam uniforms designed to represent 1 Bn, 75th Ranger Regt.
-no more protective mask carriers (alpha channel edit)
-IR Flags
-“Leader/Call Sign” Boards on Shoulder pockets
-Coverless, spray painted ACH
-Ops Core VAS Shroud NVG mount
-Ranger Green Plate Carrier
-Ganger Green MOLLE gear, with corrected canteen cover, MOLLE IFAK with IR chem lights, magazine pouches, Tactical Tailor frag pouches and Tactical Tailor hydration carrier.
-Muddy boots with correct soles.
This is version 1; I plan on revising this set based on user feedback. I hope you guys like it.
It has been uploaded to CMMODS and the repository, so it should show up soon.

right click, save, drop into your z folder. They may need to be renamed "us-helmet".

I found the 101st patch on US Cav's website and I found the Rakkasan patch on google.

I have been working on a mod that replaces all of the US voices with voices from "Spec Ops: Rangers Lead the Way". I am just kinda worried about copyright issues. Its a pretty good game with convincing voice acting considering it is eleven years old.

come on!!! they must be able to put a bit of individuality in it, for example the gpmg gunners only wear a daysack (backpack) cause theres not need to carry 55.6 ammo pouches, and minimi gunners combat webbing being different from a riflemans webbing. Surely that would not take too long.
Now i mentioned the minimi, i hope they realise us brits use the para version and not the longer barreled yank version
Yeah. I am hoping they realize us yanks use the short barrel and collapsing butt stock and not the silly long yank barrel (unless the M249 is mounted in a turret on an M1114 or M1151). Silly yankees...

That works out to about 5 magazines per man. I would assume that the M249s would get more ammo than the rifleman, so you might be looking at <4 magazines per man right? I don't know, maybe I'm reading too much into the whole thing.

I guess it would have to depend on your job and how much time you have over there. Being an ex-11Bravo, after seeing blood and death, I probably wouldn't be playing anymore. But, can't say for sure since I lucked out in my 8 1/2 years sevice.
I lost some very close friends in a catastrophic kill on one of our Bradleys. After that happened I took a break from CM:SF. I have found gaming to be very therapeutic, it puts me in another place for a few hours. It gets my mind off of all of the crap we have to do over here. That and it feels more constructive than spending all my free time in laying my rack watching movies.
So is this thing gonna veer back on topic anytime soon?
