That's not funny Ray...I had that happen in the 2nd game I played. I was not amused.

Ahhh, I did not consider the *JERKS* who would rip off the programers by pirating the game like that. I find the game fun but I am not sure I want to drop 35 bucks on it yet especially with all of the bugs I have seen posted on the board here in this small audience at the moment. I have shown the game to a number of friends and they are leery as well because of the current bugs and the need to order it and wait and not just download it. It was just a thought on my part.

I am not sure if this issue has been addressed before or not, so I will. DiF is orderable on the net for 35 bucks but the full game cannot be bought and downloaded. It could be offered a bit less expensively and would satisfy those of us who are more immediate gratification people. Has this been considered? I know there is a manual but that could also be downloaded in a bundle, pdf is always good. Thoughts?

Rob, I run the game on an Inspirion 5150 with similar stats and the Demo runs just dandy. They are similar code so this should run just fine.

I have only tried one game earlier today ont he demo but I got dropped playing the Dunkirk campaign...I could finish out the battle but it said I lost connection with server. This was a bit weird.

I know this game is about aerial combat and escort missions and whatnot. A large part of the Pacific Campaign was fought plane to plane and plane to ship. Will naval units or other non-aerial targets be part of the game? Ex. American Player needs to attack Japanese base, fight way through aircraft, be exposed to ground, make attack and then escape or some such.

Greetings, I know I am very new to this, in fact, I have never played the game yet. I am wondering if pilots can be killed and are out of the game permanently. That would certainly help keep the playing field leveled. Note: I will be going home to try out the demo this evening. I have never heard of this game before and it has piqued my interest.
