but i guess that you have to admit that it would have been nice if you guys made a statement due your difficulties the moment they occurred to you and don´t let ppl wait all day long.

I think most will agree with me that if this was stated yesterday most ppl would have understand.

Most ppl are just angry because they were told zilch!

Obviously nothing´s gonna happen here today!

I must admit that i´m very disappointed that there was not a word about the status of the pre-order download. If i had known that the costumer is obviously such a hassle for battlefront and if i could cancel my preorder with a mouseclick like in an online-shop like amazon i would do it right now.

That´s not a way to treat his costumers!

I have seen a bunch of discussions about the early download and I really thought it would happen about a week early. According to the website the date will be announced. Battlefront should have said you will be able to download a day or two in advance. Second thing I wanted to bring up is that we are only a couple days out from release, however there are no signs of a demo. Demos are usually released at least a month ahead of the full game so people can get a feel for the game if they want to buy it or not. It really worries me that a demo has not been released yet for this product, and makes me asume that the game might not be as good as the developers want you to think it is.

From the videos I have seen about the game it looks somewhat boring right now, I really wish I had a demo so that I could put the actual game through its paces.

Agree with you here, alas the videos didn´t bore me!

The game is gold, they don´t have to wait for "mass production" so why don´t just release the game for us who preordered?

I must admit that i feel a little "cheated"! When i read the "gold" announcement i thought i get it last weekend!

BadKarma, we're shipping out of Ireland to our European customers (out of Vermont for everyone else), i.e. within the EU, therefore there is no duty/customs fee.

For me as a guy from Europe the preorder deal is not so good. First i have to pay 11,- Bucks for shipping and if i´m "lucky" i have to pay for costums (around 20% of of price and shipping ca. 8,-€) that's a total of 49,- € for me or 66,- Dollars. Just for getting it one day early not such a good deal! If i had known this i would´t have preordered just waited a day longer and purchased the download version!
