Hi all. Awhile back a heard someone mention that you could copy the other maps from the campaigns and put them in the single missions folder. This way you could play them over as single player games. Can someone please give me alittle more detail in how this is done? I have copied a couple of the folders in the german campaign(seelow and seliger) and put them in the SP folder, but when I launch the game they are not in the SP menu. What do I need to do? Anyone? Yah, you really need to use that sniper as best you can. With mine, I was able to get him up that extreme left flank and take out like 4ATG plus the 2 Field Howitzers before he got waxed. Hear is a screenshot of a double kill he got on one of the Field guns.

I want to play MP, but cant find where to hookup with people. No one to play with...lol Mike

I still think that tank crews should be able to atleast attempt to repair broken tracks. Either your tank gets hit in the gun mantle or track every time... atleast with the track the tankers could eventually get back in the fight.

Where are people going to hook-up for online games. (other than the beta thing that BF put out) MIke

Good question... Wish had some engineers or something so I could tell if it was... I am thinking it might be the other set of ATG's that are in the center portion in front of the town, just not sure. Needless to say, I am not sending anything else down that way till my sniper can do some more handy work.lol Mike p.s. Thanks for the reply. Oh, and one other neat tidbit. My sniper while targeting one of the Field Howitzers got a double kill! He shot one guy, and the guy behind him fell dead also...

Question about the mission. I will show a picture at bottom of thread when done. There is something that is able to turn the small valley on left flank into a kill zone. The funny thing is I had my sniper go up the left flank, and he has killed everyone in the trenchline, ATGs, and the Field Howitzers. So, what is killing the armoured vehicles shown in the picture? Hey, I thought we were trying to figure out what the Russians called(slang) for the Stug??? LOL... I think it starts with the letter T, I seen it once when I was reading. Thought it was in one of my Stug books... but, no. It seems like I cant get an answer from anyone. Anyone here from the Russian Forum? Maybe you can ask around and report back here. Mike

It still had plenty of rounds, also I had an PAK 43, and also the other panther and 2 markIII's from the reinforcements you get. Dont know Why they give MarkIII's in this late war scenario, but oh well. Problem is that they wouldnt fire, even when they had great LOS. And the shermans just smoked them all. Even got to my trenchline and I had all my guys throw at grenades at 1 individual sherman, and it had no effect at all. Like 7 hits...Must be something wrong. I will fight the rest of the battles and go back and probaly mod this one and see if It has any effect. Mike

I think your on the right track Rune, what was the Russian word for Elephant? I remember reading about this in a book or on the net, and cant remember what they called them. I do know it was a russian word. They had much respect and fear the Stug's and it was mentioned a slang that they called them. Mike

I will try to make this short and sweet. I am at the end of this mission and there seems to be a bug in the scripting. On the last push by the americans, when there tanks come over the hill, none of my units will engage. Tanks and ATG have LOS(good) and are not firing. Then they subsequently get knocked out one at a time. Even when the tanks pushed all the way to where the trenchline was I had like 8 AT grenade strikes on a Sherman and it didnt do anything. Anyone else have a similar problem? I have the game save data, and I thought I heard of someone on the forums play testing some things, but cant remember who it was. This mission really torqued me, because I handled everything well, and then the end... I had a Panther tank that I traded some units to get in the beginning of the mission, and He wasted like 8 or 9 tanks and was doing great...then the last part, he just sat there. Mike

Thanks! I also read they used to put like 80 rounds of ammo in those things. Stacked it on the floor to the point there wasnt hardly any room. Sure wish we had that many rounds in the game.LOL Mike

Oh, I think you are refering to the 76.2mm that they used to call the ratchboom (sic) That same gun was on the SU-76. I am really looking forward to someone knowing the anwser to my riddle, because.... I cant remember myself. It has been bothering me for awhile and I cant find the anwser any where. Mike

Man, I am having no problems at all with my ATG's. They have been performing great and have been lasting to the end of battles. Sometimes the crew might get killed, but hardly ever get destroyed. They have been very valuable to me. I play on the hardest setting. Mike
