  1. I just found this program and it seems to be a nice complement to Mapping Mission and Map Converter, but i wonder if there is any kind of "manual" somewhere?

It says it convert between MM1.11 and MC1.29 but MM 1.11 was not a good version and now we have MM1.13 (still with some bugs, can I expect it to work with the newer version?

is based on German intelligence during the war. While that was pretty intensive the Soviet based material would be better. I have a copy of this work. If you need anything out of it send me an email and I'll see what I can do for you.

Also, I have a pretty extensive listing of research that I have done on Soviet armored units down to the brigade and regimental level. There are some battalions listed. I have the source references for all of my research as well.

If that interests you at all let me know.

From now on my evening prayer includes that you will create an webbsite! tongue.gif
  3. CT deserves a *BUMP*!

I have finaly installed XP and Access and it works well (had a few chrashes that will be reported). Some thing about HQ is still not so clear, perhaps I can solv it by T&E. redface.gif

We all waiting for CMC to come along, but in the meantime perhaps the human intelligense can be used to rum a campaign as well? My impression is that this program can be a nice tool for a GM who operates a minor campaign.

I understand that some people use VASSAL to handle campaigns, the program seems to complicated for me. Anyone who has any experience of "CyberBoard"?

  4. Seems to work better now, perhaps I can help someone else by telling about how stupid I was. redface.gif

First I changes my screen to 60Hz according to the manufacturers recommendations. Next step was to take away CMBBs preferens file. Then I make sure that my settings was the same - CMBBs first choice was 75Hz. And now everything, so far, seems to be a lot smoother. Haven't test with any BIG sceens yet

No. Haven't met any such, at least - and I've used some biiig pictures.

I don't know what your problem might be about, but I might dare to suspect a non-standard BMP file.... </font>

  6. Hi

My use of mods are mostly for helping me separete similar looking stuffs. I use some just for the beauty but mostly I prefered e g to have the 251/1 white washed and the 251/10 not.

I found a very nice mods for small house at CMMD and they relly look good, but the heavy and the light building is still to simular at a quick look, so I want to change the heavy building back to the original mod.

Please, can anyone give me the bmp-numbers for "heavy building", both winter and summer.

I hope that they not share some of the BMPs.

  7. Thanks for your thoughts! The size of the files is no problem, they decrease substantial when Win MovieMaker has done its jobb. My problem is more that the movie tends to be very sluggish since the framerate goes down when I start to record. We talk about 2-6 fps. Not sure it has anything to do with the settings in FRAPS, or if it's an effect caused by my hardware?

I just think that it could be a fun way to "write" an AAR. If you parcipitate in a campagn, then your teammates perhaps enjoy the movie. smile.gif

  8. Hi!

I try, just for fun, to record some scenes from CMBB with help of the free demo version of FRAPS. There isn't really many things to manipulate in the program but I wonder if anyone has any advices about what framerate I should use for best result? And if there is there any other advices/tip out there, I'm very greatful to take part of them.

    Thanks in advance!
