Destroyer

My opponent has attempted sealion and I have been holding off for 8-10 turns. Usa entry is at 93% and Russian entry level is still at 38%. I am not that expereinced but last time someone attempted sealion on version 1.06 russian and USa entry level incresed more or less at a comparable level. It is about October 1940. Is this normal?

Iron ranger(Axis) defeated Destroyer bid 100 Game Still going but I have conceded towards the end of 1943. Allies defeated botched attempted invasion of the USA and held the Italians out of Eygpt and Iraq. Allies started to look on top after gaining some early tech advantage but Axis pulled it back with interest. Russian front finally collapsed from weight of numbers and massive aircraft strikes. Allies attempted a botched invasion of France and got pushed back into the sea. Game over
