On a site i checked out before posting this, it was the SS OOB, most of the SS divisions did not fight in berlin not even the LAH. I would have thought that the best of the best would have been brought back for defence of the capital

Hi i started making a mission set during the last days of the Reich and was wondering wot german forces fought in the battle of berlin agaisnt the russians. Now i know the Hitler youth did but what part of the german army woulf they be under? eg, SS, motersied...etc

has anyone been able to invade the russia and win, knock out briatian and even invade the US basically winning WW2 for the krauts?

learn from history - the british armour in the early years of the war used calvery style tatics in situcations like u descibed most often they got cremaed

erm i just be made aware of some simple mistakes i made in the mission island attack so i will correct them and then rerelease it. I hope this wont stop ppl from downloading any missions i make in the futre?

OFP is a squad based realistic fighting sim. it is not a FPS but it can be played in 1st person or 3rd.

still would firefights last that long?

Having played CMBB for a while now and seeing some parts of battles last for up to 1/2 an hour is this realistic when you compare it to other 'realistic' war games such as operation flashpoint[ofp] where a firefight is over within 5-10 minutes. So would a firefight last as long as it does on CMBB or would the 5-10 minutes of games such as OFP be more real?

well i knew it was not for this, but seeing the SS in the game sort of related it. When i did parts of this era in history, the books said that the SA were wiped out in the night of the something knifes i think it was long but iam not sure.

well ive covered 100m, you need to cover and advance. Send, lets say 1st squad, forward a bit then you move,lets say 2nd squad, to there postion. So you always have someone coving your squad hope that helps

i do, iam like a war expert in some areas. but not this one. lol
