  1. Oh, and if it's not too late, mail the email to drummerguy88@new.rr.com. I was forced to give my dad's email address after multiple attempts at registering.
  2. I guess what i'm asking is does A&A Europe suffer from a smaller scale or benefit from it? I'm worried that Pacific supports only 2 players. I want to get at least one more-than-2-player game. [ February 23, 2003, 11:24 PM: Message edited by: Jergan88 ]
  3. Okay, I now have 80 dollars (booyah to not being broke). Does anyone have Axis and Allies Europe? I've been looking at it, and it looks pretty good, but I just want to know if its better than regular Axis and Allies. Is Victory worth the money? I'm worried it will be too simplistic. Also, how many players can play if i buy the basic game (no bundle)? I may buy EastFront. I don't know. Les, which is the best "Front" title? EastFront sounds like it would be pretty fun. Thank you to all who are helping me test the waters and wargaming. I really appreciate it.
  4. yeah, that'd be awesome. just send me an email and i'll give you my address and such.
  5. Yes, 1944 scenario. You throw the American, French and British forces out of France and then turn towards finally finishing off Russia. I was thinking. After not conquering Russia, the Allies launched a second Overlord. If this process repeats itself, WW2 could go on for a long time. Anyway, a question: What was the latest anyone has every acheived complete victory?
  6. Yeah, it's great. I was just wondering though, did you add more troops to the Eastern Front to make it more even, or were there really that many troops there?
  7. For some reason i can't connect to the mirrors from which you can dl SPWaW. Les, if you could send the file to drummerguy88@new.rr.com that'd be great. I'll probably go to the site later to see if it still doesn't work for me. Columbia Games. Any suggestions on the wargames i could buy there that would be suit me for cheap? I'm sorry, but I'm flat-ass broke right now, so i don't want to take a risk.
  8. I want to know from all you wargaming diehards, the best boardgames for a noob like me. My collection so far (is laughable): 1. Risk 2. Axis and Allies
  9. I loaded up the Ardennes offensive map a while ago. Great map, by the way. Anyway, I threw Allied forces out of France and turned towards Russia. I struck deep into Russia and finally seized Moscow. A message comes at the end of that turn: "Soviet government flees to Urals". Okay, that was expected, since i have conquered Russia before. I then work towards the new capital in the Urals mountains. While I am doing this, I send a strike force south to conquer Stalingrad. I conquer Stalingrad before I conquer the Russian capital in the Urals. Now, I know by playing that after you get the Urals capital the Soviets go to Stalingrad. I'm just wondering, did conquering Stalingrad cause a glitch in the game causing the Russians not to surrender? Regardless of the Russians not surrendering, I kept conquering Russian cities. All that are left are Leningrad, and the cities near the Caucasus (sp?). Any suggestions?
