    Damn and I always just clicked that stupid thing outta my way so i could do a turn. You mean it has important info? :D

The closer the axis units are to the cities, the less units are necessary to trigger the siberians - and units near Moskov count more than near other cities.

    But after the geographical precondition is fullfilled, there is a check for the relative strength of both the axis and allied forces in Russia. If Allies are strong compared to Axis (and have a minimum number), then siberians dont arrive, even if Axis units are attacking/taking Moskov...Usually Allies have to be really strong, something around 50+ units (depending on Axis strength..).

    So it is possible to loose Moskov (Leningrad doesnt influence siberians anyway) and still not to receive siberians if Russia is too strong.

    Did you forget that size 4 out of supply finish unit I tried to sneak around Moscow that triggered the event in our game? Lol

    Then use a Size "1" bomber @ max entrenchment. It cannot attack without dieing and the cost to reinforce it is too prohibative in the early stages.
  5. Played AI for first time since getting the game last night and after about 2 or 3 hours game started chugging badly. Looked like a leak to me but I didn't do any checking @ 5:00am ;)

    Can't believe AI kept me up that late LOL great job I did notice some changes in AI strat.

    directx = 1

    sound interrupt = 1

    high refresh = 1

    I have had many issues in the past where the screens do not repaint when backing out to main menu but I have attributed that to Directx and a 4 mb vid card. Lol teaches you where to click by memory. smile.gif

    Funny you should ask. I never thought it did and there were threads asking for it to. But last night I decided to play the A.I. when my connection went down and I now think it does not use fog, on expert +2 anyway. It found one of my sneaky transports that humans never catch and had no way of spotting it. I found it a much more challenging exercise than I remember it being. But in the end it is still an AI and doesn't hold a candle to human opponents.
