  1. to quote the feature list of v 1.06 : "[...] Rivers - Attacker is reduced to 50% offensive power when attacking from a river hex [...]" and pls dont WRITE THE WHOLE TEXT WITH CAPS LOCK PS: there are no airborne units (or i havent noticed them yet ) [ December 14, 2002, 10:49 AM: Message edited by: Dr.No ]
  2. can't you just take him serious and ignore those mistakes ?
  3. well , i think it's because turns take 2 weeks in fall and spring . 4th -> 18th -> 31st (!?) quotation from the manual : "SCALE Each hex represents about 80 kilometres or 50 miles. Turns vary in length and are dependant on the time of year. SEASON TURN LENGTH Summer 1 week Fall, Spring 2 weeks Winter 1 month " maybe iam wrong - it was just a guess (and a look into the manual ) [ October 25, 2002, 07:59 PM: Message edited by: Dr.No ]
  4. in order to use transport(s) your unit(s) has (have) to be next to an port - right click and choose "transport" - they are no seperate units. to move land and air units over far distances at high speed right click on the unit and choose "operate" well iam tired so i'll just quote from the manual (and because iam a little bit lazy ) [ October 11, 2002, 09:13 PM: Message edited by: Dr.No ]

  6. it's version 1.04 but ive finally managed it (loaded another savegame several turns before and destroyed that unit in one turn ) thx for your fast response
  7. well hello first i chose to invade england in '40 but there seems to be a problem. There is one french airforce unit left on england and the turn after i landed on the beach the faf unit moves and i get a error message in a dos window. ive replayed thatturn several times...everytime it happend again - ive already tried to destroy that unit before it could move but this on the turn before it happens... does someone know how i could avoid (or whatever) this ? (not invading would be an option...but... ) EDIT : #1 well that message disappaers too fast - i can't read it #2 after the message the program ends and i'm back on the desktop [ October 10, 2002, 12:42 PM: Message edited by: Dr.No ]
