I got CMBO quite a while back but never really tried to immerse myself into it. As a matter of fact it just seemed to over wheleming to me. But after playing many a RTS on WW2 (including the Close Combat series one of my favorites) I decided to give this game a go. Now that I have read and re-read the manual I have a geat feeling for this game.

    You have been aCMilated.

We sense a strange malaise in the Collective; like a million interconnected souls wondering what the hell we were thinking when we aCMilated you.

We can't believe we're saying this but...

You're free to go. Good luck with that post count. You are unaCMilated.

Do not address us in the second person, puny earthling!  You were "aCMilated" not "ass"imilated. That ten pound ham you used to call your backside is of no more use to the Collective than a copy of Eric Young's Squad Assault.

    You rang?

The very fact you made no sheep reference indicates that our aCMilation of you has been successful. Your distinctiveness has been added to our own.

Embark is now one of the Collective. He too has been aCMilated.

A hopelessly arcane question, on the fringe of being off topic, but poised delectably so as to arouse the senses of your fellow posters.

Your distinctiveness has indeed been added to our own. You are are one with we, the collective. You will henceforth post trivial knowledge and swap inconceivable notions. You will argue, you will namecall. You are one of us now.

You will play CM until all hours of the night; you will take notes and study graphs. You will create Excel spreadsheets, and you will lobby for factors such as the above to be represented in the internal calculations of the new game engine.

All is going according to plan. We have viewed your progress with great interest, 13269 of 13479. It has happened.

    You have been aCMilated.

The Twelfth Sign that you have been well and truly aCMilated. We had warned you that further resistance would be futile, and that your distinctiveness would be added to our own. You may feel that chucking hot, scalding, molten TNT is a sign of your cultural ascendance but it is really only a sign that you have joined Us of the Collective.

You never stood a chance. Maggot.
