Y not have commonwealth reienforcements operated to UK throughout different stages of the game?
-
And how many battleships or battlecruisers went chaseing after subs? destroyer/corvette flottilas or squadrons should be an option.
-
anyway the navel strength in the med isnt really 100% true, Cunninghams fleet had 3 battleships

B. What about laying mines? When a unit entrenches, it should also lay mines on it. When it leaves, it leaves the mines behind. But only after having fully entrenched or after a certain number of turns! In fact, last week I heard in the radio that some kids died because of mines layed by russians in the second world war. They layed thousands and the germans ran right into (July 43).
Also in the normandy could mines be dropped then.

Commonwealth troops especially in north africa and the med. Australian, New Zealand, Canadian, South African and Indian troops played a major part in the victory of Africa.

Do you think that in SC the weapons of the infanty such as the Ppsh or Mp40 ect affect the performance of armies and corps against other armies cause the weaponry especially on the russian front altered the war the Mp40s rate of fire was 400rpm on the other hand the Ppshs was 900rpm.
What are your thoughts?

The russian war machine developed quite quickly though in reality. Such developements such as the Ppsh and the 7.96cm feild gun came in sooner then their german counterparts.

thanks, i read the post, i didnt know about it and i thought that there are to many opinions and problems about it and maybe instead of a SC Pacific theater then maybe a different battlefront game with a different game play.

ANZACS:Gallipoli back in ol' 99
Did any of u ever have a commodor 64? cause i dont belive that they only had 2mb
-
Why not have a Pacific theater in the future, hell we already have a European one.

Iraq is guarded by 1 corps (bagdad corps) so taking it shouldnt be a issue. Churchill thought the same as u did and the soviets and brits attacked bagdad and used the railways to transport supplies into the caspian area.
-
A whole squadron of Destroyers was scrapped so that the british war office could bolster the production of the Churchill Tanks, so if it happened in real life why cant it happen in the game?
-
If a HQ was mobilised, assuming that everyman that could hold a gun was recruited into the fighting, how many men would there be?
I think that there wouldnt be more then a company(160 1949-42 and 80 1942+) of guards.

1.Does Germany get any men or tanks ect. out of their loyal France ?
2.Does USA have the same MPP price per units as Russia?
Sounds great though!

Hitler never tried to invade during the winter, the general oppinion by the Axis general staff was that russia could be crushed in 6 weeks. What was dumb is making Stalingrad a grudge match between him and Stalin and not packing any thing warmOriginally posted by ElekTrick:No no no Norse hehe. thats true but sweden where neutral all the war . But in Norway there wher fight for gods sake the Norwegan king had to move to England . And one more thing when hitler was ocupeing Russia he was dum and tried to ocupie it on the winter and he had major losses because of that so i think that in the game there could be some kind os snow storms who injures the axis "Corps , Armies ..." when theyre atacking Russia atleast in the Hard version maybe not in the green ( Easy ) version !

Some people here are focusing on the mistakes made by Hubert, not the good things. The good things far outweigh the minor mistakes because if they didnt we wouldnt waste our time on this site.

Amazing though how Franco sent a whole division ("Blue" divison) to support the werchment in russia and yet there was no declareation or hostile actions by the allies to this.

I find that for Russians as they get things cheaply, that the corps is a great alternitive. The Russian front is a large one and a large force of corps can spread out more, they are also effective in flanking manovers and garrisoning conqoured land. Pity when is comes to battle they are next to hopless against tanks. A case of a jack of all trades, master at none.
Sometink needs to be done about Finland!

Demoss u say that the boarder wasnt that close however during the winter war of 1939-1940 the fins pushed the russians right back to the city limits. although by the time of barberossa the tide was just turning.
