  1. B. What about laying mines? When a unit entrenches, it should also lay mines on it. When it leaves, it leaves the mines behind. But only after having fully entrenched or after a certain number of turns! In fact, last week I heard in the radio that some kids died because of mines layed by russians in the second world war. They layed thousands and the germans ran right into (July 43).

Also in the normandy could mines be dropped then.

  2. Do you think that in SC the weapons of the infanty such as the Ppsh or Mp40 ect affect the performance of armies and corps against other armies cause the weaponry especially on the russian front altered the war the Mp40s rate of fire was 400rpm on the other hand the Ppshs was 900rpm.

    What are your thoughts?

  3. Iraq is guarded by 1 corps (bagdad corps) so taking it shouldnt be a issue. Churchill thought the same as u did and the soviets and brits attacked bagdad and used the railways to transport supplies into the caspian area.

And one more thing when hitler was ocupeing Russia he was dum and tried to ocupie it on the winter and he had major losses because of that so i think that in the game there could be some kind os snow storms who injures the axis "Corps , Armies ..." when theyre atacking Russia atleast in the Hard version maybe not in the green ( Easy ) version !

Hitler never tried to invade during the winter, the general oppinion by the Axis general staff was that russia could be crushed in 6 weeks. What was dumb is making Stalingrad a grudge match between him and Stalin and not packing any thing warm
  5. I find that for Russians as they get things cheaply, that the corps is a great alternitive. The Russian front is a large one and a large force of corps can spread out more, they are also effective in flanking manovers and garrisoning conqoured land. Pity when is comes to battle they are next to hopless against tanks. A case of a jack of all trades, master at none.
