Got it today and opened it up after getting home from class. Now, do I really need to be in class tomorrow morning or can I sleep in from being up most of the night?

Thanks for a quick answer! I'll have to print a copy out I suppose. Worth it to save on the game, though! BTW, I sent an email off to the Fort Knox people about getting a copy of the game and they are sending one, but it is going to take a while (their words) so I just ordered it anyway. Call me impatient!

I downloaded the guide and have been reading through it so when I get a copy of the game, I'm better prepared to get my butt kicked. My question is will there be a printed copy of the manual included or only the electronic version on the CD?

Ah! Yes, I am Army (seven active, now in the NM National Guard). Email coming your way.

A friend of mine who is active duty said he'd heard the DOD had purchased a license for TacOps4 for the troops. Does this also apply to National Guard?

Good enough then! From what I saw in the demo for version 3, I can wait for it. I'd rather have it done right than have it right now. Thanks!

I checked out the version 3 demo and the game looks pretty cool. But all the website says is that version 4 will be out very soon. Any idea on how soon? Thanks!

Slowing it down...

Is there a way to slow down the combat part of the turn? I like to keep track of which one of my units are getting the crap beat out of it and might need to be pulled back for a bit as well as enemy units which I'm really pounding. It seems like the combat phase moves along pretty fast and I find myself losing track of who is getting what and how much. Does that make sense? It's early, I was up late playing, and I need to get ready for the workday.
