If all is running well within the game, what would be an acceptable frame rate?

Hi Guys Hi Guys Can someone please tell me how I can monitor Frame Rates Per Second so I can pick the best configuration to run the game in. Sorry if this query has been asked before.

I was going to write to you all individually but I’m sure I’d miss somebody out so I decided on a general post instead. I’m a newcomer to CM, equally so to it’s forums, but I am absolutely amazed by the number of Mods put out by it’s patrons. Having done some graphic mods for various games in the past I know the amount of research and the shear amount of hard work that members must have put into their contributions. So, a great big thanks for giving up so much of your time to benefit your fellow gamers and for a wonderful and helpful forum, full of knowledgeable and helpful contributors. Peter

Did any of the numerous CMBO mod vets do an anti-censor work-around similar to the one carried out for CMBB? I believe the European version of CMBO has similar anti Waffen SS restrictions as it’s older brother. Thanks for any information. PJ

No real issue Major, I find the sound a little irritating at times if I’m playing small custom scenarios with frequent combat phases and nothing between phases except unit movement and no enemy contact. To be honest as soon as things liven up and unit orders increase I don’t notice it (too busy wondering why my foolproof plan of action is falling apart in front of my eyes). Please don’t take my query as a criticism, I would not presume, TacOps is one of only three games that have never left my HD since I purchased Aresenal’s first endeavor quite a few years back (I still have the manual to prove it) Best wishes, Peter

Question. Is there anyway of disabling the sound made following the end of each combat phase? Please excuse me if I missed it in the manual.
