Hello, I never have trouble finding units in CM. It is all about command and your organizational skills in deploying your command. Your units should be broken up into mini task forces and assigned objectives. Don't intermix your units into a huge mass and have units running in and out of eachother. Sometimes the better organized commander wins the day on the battlefield, remember as the commander YOU are managing the battle.

LOL , I wish life was easier but just finished working 30 hours without sleep. I worked 7 days this week and only managed to make it home twice. Average 3 to 4 hours sleep every other day this week, I am seriously hurting and spent. I can't complain made 7,255 bucks in one week. BUT I am ready to sit down and escape into this wargame. I am 35 and I would love to be lazy and wargame all day. One thing for sure I sleeping tonight and getting up naturually in morning. A whole world at war and I am left out of it. GOD will not allow this to happen

I am working on a MOD, the mod is still in beta version. It is changes to Moders 1st Mod and some other added stuff. I added camo smock german army groups, camo tanks and planes. I sent file to Strategic Command HQ and hoping Otto with post the files. Any other sites interested email bluemx@attbi.com I will add to this MOD but think it a good start way is for now. This my 1st ever in any game so be merciful. It will have revised Strength-sprites and unit-sprites - remember to add unit sprites with MOD. Can't wait, just like you I been dying for this game, even better I almost sure this will be a large hit. When Strategic Command 2 comes out with whole world map and Japan it will be like wargaming heaven. A snappy Salute! to the Combat Mission team, I been spreading the word and your links. 1. Will it be full globe with war in east with Japan? 2. Will it be fully MODable like Combat mission? I would love to improve graphics. Thought it be cool to a MOD of 3rd reich terrian colors for map. Also be great to scan real tank photos and planes and add them to counters. 3. Will there be a support section for addicted wargamers, when I think off all the sleep lost and things I let slide to play combat mission. Omg when this game comes out I will be running on 3 hrs sleep a night again, munching on raw coffee grinds and sucking on tea bags to stay awake.

Will do we figured the whole project will take at least 2 years . Unless we win lotto and can quite our day jobs.

I am a wargaming die hard - to give you a example my best friends and mine next project was the full conversion of Global War - the combined game of Advanced 3rd Reich and Rising Sun into minitures on expanded improved maps, micro armor for vechicles and planes and 15mm figures for inf. Every thing all painted to the highest quality. My friend and myself being Master miniture painters. Will be set up in the war room, a finished gaming basement, with military paintings on the walls. But this game by Battlefront will fill our need for a computer game of grand strategy for ww2. Since it will be able to be MODed even better Battlefront! Battlefront! Battlefront!

I am looking for campaigns, was a great site I ran into and now can't find that had two campaigns for CM. One campaign toke place in Italy and had a large colored map and you could hit individual sections and print actual battlemap. If know of it please send link. As anyone done a program yet to fight large campaigns and then fight battles on tactical level. I have heard of Operational Art off war being used,Axis and Allies and even Call to Power. Another guy did a campaign system for close combat series. Any campaign stuff please send thx.
