1. In playing a PBEM game as the Allies I think I achieved a first. In the dark of a rainy night, my engineers occupied several stone houses, the central one having a flag. I have stood up to several German assaults driving them away with enormous casualties as they ate flame from my 3 flamethrowers. On the latest attack, 2 Germans got into the main house which contained some 36 Engineers. The Fool Next Door turned his flamethrower on my house, driving all the Allied men out, leaving the Germans in control. Has anyone seen anything this dumb before?
 2. I think that a major improvement to the CMBB movie playback would be to provide English Language subtitles to the Russian and German dialog on an optional basis. There are reletively few persons in the world who speak both languages, more who speak one or the other, and a great many who speak neither. Consequently, It would add a powerful dimension to the movie playback if we could understand what our pixel proxies were actually saying. I do not think that this would be technically difficult to do. English should be the initial language as it is the most spoken in the world, but other language mods would quickly follow.
 3. I am somewhat mystified by the reletive cost and availability of units in CMBB. In March 1944, for example I note that a T-34/85 costs only 2 points more than an SU-85 (a mere 1% difference in their price). The SU-85 (a tank destroyer with the same chassis and gun as the T-34/85 but no revolving turret) was manufactured because it is considerably cheaper than its turreted cousin in both rubles and time-to-manufacture. The cost of the turret, and particulaly the precision miling required of the turret ring was avoided in the SU-85, as in all tank destroyers. The whole purpose of tank destroyers as a class of armored vehicles is to take advantage of this price diffence and field more vehicles more quickly. Yet CMBB does not consistantly represent these price differences either with or without rarity being taken into consideration. Perhaps BigTime could make available a tool that would allow the player(s) to modify these costs, with a default button that would return all values to those shipped with the game.
 4. Having just installed the patch, I am greatly disappointed. The most visible change is the addition of the text status markers e.g. "shaken", "out of Ammo", etc. that are large, colorful, and unremovable. These markers help destroy the beautiful effects of the 3D map which Big Time worked on so carefully, and spent so much effort in achieving. What is needed it the ability to toggle the appearance of these tags with a key-stroke. They could be summoned at will or dismissed. JIMF

It should be available soon. If you absolutely cant wait, let me know and as long as I dont get swamped with requests I'll mail it out on an individual basis. Thanks for all the support!

I would appreciate a copy. Thanks, JIMF
