why not have him attack for a change? It would help both of your strategies considerably to try different engagements. Just defending all the time, although has some inherent advantages isnt always the best way. Look what happened to the French?

I bought a dvd called WWII in color. Not bad, some decent footage I've never seen. Has a decent amount of footage showing some tank/infantry tactics in the desert, (or so it says).

I bought a pretty good red and white book from Barnes and Noble, published by Barnes and Noble press that is an Encyclopedia of Weapons used during WWII, not bad, with pics. and illustrations including muzzle velocities weight etc...

A co-worker of mine introduced me to CM. Turns out his name is on the first page of the CM manual as a modeler. Does CM have plans to release on CD a selection of pics/resources/notes etc... that were used to model the game?

I am a newbie, and this guy is f'ing crazy. I have been playing diff. war games for years, but never NEVER have I played a game as good as this one. Let these guys play their Half-Life and Roller Coaster Tycoon. The AI alone in this game for the most part is the best I have seen for any game any time.
Secondly, the MOD community and forums provide more tech. support and replay value than any game on the market. The only other publisher I've seen with this much dedication to their product was Bungie (Myth I and II: www.bungie.net) but they sold out to Microsoft and I digress.

I have played all of the cc games, all improved on the previous version, except 5. The game was simply toooo easy, especially Normandy, there wasnt enough action at all.

Can Arty damage tanks?

Can Arty take out tanks, of the hevy variety, or even damage them. I havent had any luck using it against them. Do tank crews get sick inside those tanks while 105's are falling around them? Curious.
