  1. I don't think the problem is the number of turns in the scenarios/operations but more my playing of them. It seems that when I try to be aggressive in the early going I end up trading 10 tanks for 5 AT guns and then play the rest of the game trying to get out of the hole I've dug. On the other hand when I'm cautious I end up with my forces in good shape but short of their goals at the end of the game. I liked the suggestion about picking things up at the end game as I hadn't considered the enemy being weakened also. Guess I will keep experimenting with my technique.

  2. My problem is coming up with an accurate time table. I make a plan and when I find the enemy I use suppression and manuever to eliminate them while conserving my force. But then I always seem to be short of the flags even though my force is arriving in good order. Has any one come up with times for how much distance a squad can cover per turn using the different movement options? I different terrains?

  3. It just freezes on the 3D picture. I can sometimes get the screen to move before it freezes.

    The screen came with a new driver and instructed me to change the display to 1280X1024 at 60Hz. I have a 651 SiS video board.

    The only other thing I can think of is that I received some software fixes from Microsoft today.

  4. In a game I'm playing tonight my US Bazooka team was in a building that was fired on by a Panther. The building caught on fire,the AT team became shaken and I guess pissed off because they ran out in the street and chased the Panther for 2 blocks before knocking it out on their 4th shot(the first 3 all bounced off)all the time under fire from the Panther and a MG in a wood bunker.

    They then turned around and took out the bunker.

    Right now they are out of ammo but nothing around them is left alive and my infantry are taking a casual stroll to the victory locations.

    Guess I can no longer complain about how AT Teams work for the AI.
