  1. I enjoy playing scenarios against the AI, and I've downloaded a ton of them. On thing I'd like to see is a way to sort by different category (e.g. number of turns, force composition, etc.) As in an Excel file. The other, more important thing, would be additional info on the selection page. I like playing smaller engagements (Company level at most), and it would be nice to know upfront what the strengths of the forces are, for example. Countless times I've gone into the scenario just to read the briefing, found out it was too big, and then exited out. Other items that could be included would be weather, type of force, etc. (similar to the choices one selects in the quick battle mode). If we had all of the above, and could sort scenarios on these attributes...ahh, that would be nice. This game rocks. Thanks BTS. Murph
  2. It may sound like a silly question, but what the heck. What is the difference between artillery fired from a vehicle or that fired from a stationary position (like a cannon). Does it have to do maybe with the actual propellant that makes the shell fly, or what? Just wondering. Murph
  3. Hello: I just finished reading (and much enjoying) "Band of Brothers" by S. Ambrose, and it occurs to me that many of the engagements described in great detail in the book (including maps), would be very playable in CM, given the troops, the terrain, the types of objectives, the size of the opposing forces, etc. France, Holland, Belgium, all the little fights along the way, including maybe the actual characters in the book, etc. I would wager someone has already made some, but where can I find them? Short of doing a search for "airborne troops", is there any other way? Thanks in advance. I've been a very active lurker on this board for months, and boy does this game have me hooked. Cheers, Martin
  4. I've been an avid lurker for the past few months since I got this fantastic game. I'm forced to make my first post because I've just got to congratulate the author of these building mods. To say they are just unbelievably awesome is an understatement! I've been firing up maps just to look at the buildings? Unbelievable. Thank you so much for the hard work, this really improves the game (if such a thing were possible!) Murph
