  1. Always find your scenarios enjoyable with great replay value, not to mention HISTORICAL. Please shoot a copy my way. bat@concordnc.com
  2. Finally got through the holiday season. Send it this way and I'll check it out.
  3. Hell has No Heroes is about a armoured infantry battalion starting with DD Sherman at the Normandy Landing (Omaha beach) the end of the war. The tank is named Barbara. I stopped and checked my books and found I still had the book. It was written in '64 by a Wayne Robinson.
  4. I liked Soldiers of '44 and Hell has no Heroes both set in the European Theatre of WWII. For the modern area, Red Storm Rising by Clancy and Team Yankee.
  5. Whew!!!! I just had a 1/2 a platoon of Shermans bog down on a paved road. Thought that it might be a bug, saved a picture, but ya beat me to it. Good work.
  6. I tried a sunset, but a "sky" uses the same two bmp files twice to make the sun going down. The effect was good but I ended up with two suns. I do not believe there is a way around this.
  7. I have also tried to contact via email. I enjoyed his scenarios and site. Just wanted to pass on comments on the quality scenarios and let him know I was looking forward to Stavelot. Good time of the year to play through Buldge scenarios :-}. Please pass on a "good job" to him Adder. The scenarios are well researched and in the past I have asked if he considered doing them as OPS.
  8. Don't know who all has seen this site, but it has some pretty good scenarios based on the Buldge. A Stavelot scenario was being worked on, but the page has been dormant for awhile. Anyone know what happened?
  9. Anyone notice in sp games the AI stopping just short of ambush markers. Just had a game where a whole armour units would go down a road until it reached til just before my ambush marker then back up the road. This continued until the marker was removed.
  10. They immediately replaced previous mods and increased the "feel" of the game. Looking forward to the winter mods. Thanks.
  11. I was with my paternal grandfather when he passed away, but I remember Saturday evenings playing "wargames" with plastic soldiers in his backyard, watching old movies, and the evening meal with our family. He will only be gone when I'm gone. Just close your eyes and remeber. God bless.
  12. Always liked that courthouse in the middle of the street, snoop.
