Just ran this test... 1 Full company of Russian Infantry in Tall pines being suppressed by MG fire as the rounds fell. 1x 105mm Spotter with 60 rounds managed to do this....
*Edit - OK the image is of low quality... but incase you can't see it the results where 171 casualties

Strange I just checked the Manual that came with the pre-order of my mac version from battlefront and there is no such mention on Page 129, infact pre-planned bombardments is on page 132. Does anyone have stats on how much working German equipment the Russians were able to capture and use from Stalingrad? I'm guessing there were huge stocks of weapons with no ammo and vehicles with no fuel.

Well I FINALLY got a PC. I must say that I was dreading having to fork out a whole bunch of cash to order CMBB and CMAK again. However I found the CDV version of BB in a store the other day as I glanced in and managed to pick it up for only $30 CDN. Now this is the Special Edition with all the mods in it... I get home and open it up only to see a different CD cover, a different book, both not of the same calibre as the battlefront versions. What gives? Can someone explain to me why CDV felt the Need to call it Combat Mission II, and crapitize all the great artwork? Or is there something I don't know with being gone so long?

The only captured equiptment you can use are the ones listed in the units screen. Captured units are listed as such, ie: Captured Valentine III or Captured 76mm gun. You can't assign specific units to be captured for a specific scenario.

I still play BO,BB, and AK. I'm not as involved as I used to be, no more scenario design or testing and I'm more of a shadow on the forum now than I was when BO was released
