  1. Yo Maximus, You appear to be one of those not so compassionate conservatives. Why don't you follow your leader's (George Dubya Bush, Jr.) recommendation and become kinder and gentler? I suggest smokin' a little "skunk" bud to get you back in a more normal frame of mind. In addition to that, take a walk in the woods and enjoy the splendor's of nature. Peace Bro, life ain't so bad that you have to wear a cork up your arse all the time.
  2. Read reviews on the internet at sites like combatsim.com and simHQ.com. I have also been hooked ever since. By the way, I used to play Squad Leader boardgames so I had an interest in this sort of simulation.
  3. I prefer a glass of brandy and then a few puffs of the smoky smoke before sending my soldiers on a 1944 version of "Picket's Charge"
  4. Thanks Steve, Charles, and Team for your continued hard work and dedication to CM.
  5. General Petrovsky, I would suggest going for a walk outside; lift your head up and look around at the trees, and sky. Then start a regular program of meditation. Hopefully you will feel better after a while.
  6. I have some additional suggestions/questions for CM2. 1. How about including the ability to name one of your headquarters or squads, with your own name for example. 2. How about keeping statistics on a particular unit or units from scenario to scenario and for operations. By stats, I mean number of kills, units captured, casualties taken, etc. It would be nice to track this sort of thing for an entire campaign. Which brings me to my next point. 3. How about creating campaigns, where a number of operations or scenarios are linked to create a campaign. I think being able to track a unit with your own name, over a series of battles would add some additional immersion to this fantastic game. 4. Also if the above ideas are incorporated, how about giving out promotions. You could track a unit over a series of battles. For example, if a unit performs well in one battle they would be promoted and their skill ratings would increase, making them more effective in their next combat mission. BTS - Thanks for making such a great game and all of your hard work.
