50 percent of the time that my heavy tanks come under fire from ligh armor they get their guns damaged, this makes the tank usless. I dont understand why this happens. I flak gun should not be able to damage a heavy tanks gun. Whats up with this.

I bought a tank, a fat one, dont recall what it was called, but it had a rear facing machine gun. Then a german sqaud casualy strolled up behind my tank and threw a antitank charge at me. The rear firing machine gun did not do anything. Are these guns functional in this game or are they just for show?

I have come to the conclusion that my russian tanks drivers are either mentally handicaped or drunk. They have terrible aim and are best used for....for....damn brain not working...has anyone found a russian tank that can take out german SP guns at long range?

The problem I have with CMBB is that when i join a multiplayer game the screen goes black. I can hear the sounds of the game, but there is no image. The game plays fine in single player, but multiplayer just does not work. Please help. I have a friend I need to beat in CMBB!!!

My friend and I were tyring our first multiplayer game. However, the screen always goes black. The sound is still going, everything works, but there is just a black screen. When I minimize the game and then reopen, the screen is still black. i have an insprion 8200 with an ati radeon 9000 card. Maybe it is a video problem? I dont have AA on either. Any thoughts?

I have played CMBB for about three days now. Yes, I am a veteran of CM: Operation Overlord but I didnt buy CMBB for very complicated reasons. Something to do with girlfriend wanting jewlery over CMBB for christmas. Well I promptly dumped her and bought CMBB. I have no one to keep me warm at night except my laptop, which gets damn warm!!! (if you know what I mean) Anyway I tried some 120mm mortar observers and their rate of fire was terrible and they were very inaccurate, all vets and clean line of site. In fact I was only firing 100meters infront of them. It seems to me that arty is no longer the king of the battlefield, rather machine guns and tanks. Your thoughts ont he matter?

In the scenario chance encounter (yes I am still playing the demo after four months, partly due to the fact that I am scared I will loose like a little girl playing the full version of CM) I set my stug IIIG's in a wonderful, practically stunning position. I placed the enemy Shermans in a heavy 81mm barrage and when they came into view I sprang my trap. My three tanks fired ten, count them, ten shots but hit nothing. If there had been some gofers in the ground next to the unharmed shermans I am sure they would be dead. However, I wanted to kill the darn tanks. Why set an ambush if your tanks cant kill the enemy with the first or second shot. My God I could have won the war with ten tank shots. What is going on here. Why can't my sexy german taks hit crap? Is there more then one demo available for download? Also, does the new patch work for the demo, and can I play muli-player games with it on the internet with other people who have the demo? Also is there a way to tell what "level" of cover your men have? Thanks. ------------------ General Goerge

can you pick units before a battle in this game? What about an operation? Can you pick units during an operation?

Why do the machine guns fire for one second then stop for six seconds. They can't provide convering fire if they are NOT firing! Why must they stop firing after only one second!!! My men are getting killed because the support weapons are not being supportive. Also, do you guys think that the tree graphics could be replaced with real tree photos? ------------------ General Goerge

I don't have the game but I would like to know if the tanks leave tread marks in the snow. I would also like to now if each tank makes a different sound when it moves. Are there after action reports for each battle? I mean is their a report on what happened historicaly after each battle? Also, is there music in the game? What cool features that are in the full version are not in the demo that I should know about before I buy the game. Oh, heck I will place my order now. Ok, heres the thing. In the demo mission "chance encounter" (which I have played 2.3 million times) I can not get my darn StuG IIIG's to destroy the five American Shermans. I carefully hunt up a hill near the forest and thent he Stugs engage the enemy. Of course the first few shots of my stuge miss and the shermans usually hit me on the first or second shot. This is crazy, and this problem is ruining my life. I can not figure out how to use these worthless tanks. Can anyone help me? How did you use the stugs? ------------------ General Goerge
