The odd thing is that I haven't made any changes or added any programs or perpherials to my system in some time. Still, just to
be safe I've uninstalled just about everything on my system.
My TNT2 is using the NVIDA drivers, version 4.12.01.0522. I'll try installing the version you recommend this evening and will also check my chipset. I'm a little doubtful this is the source of the problem as CM had run fine for two months on the same drivers before this, but it certainly can't hurt to try.
I'm beginning to suspect something in the win.ini or registry, as you suggest, might be the problem. I'm not quite sure what else to try, but as a last resort I might try installing Windows ME to see if that helps.
