I always did like the Guerilla type fighters. I chose mine as a derivative of the Revolutionary War Fighter, Francis Marion "The Swamp Fox".

Count me in ... as a member of the Southern US Expeditionary Force.

I am the "Swamper" that Scott Clinton is referring to and I definitely have no idea who Swamp is.. BTS knows what "programming" is about. A tight code is much more effiecient and executes faster. In today's world of CD's programmers don't have to worry so much about compact code so they can string together as much spaghetti code as they want. "Goto's" are the norm now. BTS's tight programming means they care about there quality and are not forced by the corporate timetable.

I too, have had the pleasure of playing Joe in the "old days" of SMG, and Dell I believe you were part of the SMG ladder for awhile. I have renewed the PBEM to Joe and the battles have once again begun albeit to the sounds of Machineguns and 88mm fire as opposed to muskets and sabers. To those of you taht have not taken the opportunity to PBEM do so becuase playing a "human" is much more unpredictable!

Gentlemen, Looonnngg time lurker, first time poster. I just have to say that I sure do like my Piat or Schreck guys... It seems that they are the only ones that can take out enemy armor for me!! My armor misses or doesn't get off the shot in time but those guys sure can do me proud when I set them up in an ambush situation... Love the game!!! Swamper
