  1. Hello, Would someone please explain how they delay Russian DOW until mid 42. It seems as soon as Romania and Hungary join the axis, Russian readiness goes up 10 points a turn. The same thing happens when you invade Spain. Is the secret to invade Hungary? Help!

  3. In version 1.06 in TCP/IP, the turn counter advances with each players' turn rather then at the end of both players' turn. This seems to be a bug since it takes twice as long to conquer Poland (only one German turn in September). Has anyone else noticed this?

  5. Armor, armorment, and technical layout are all important. For example, there was one KV-1 that held up the lead elements of a panzer division for a day or two (it also inflicted much damage).

However, armor slope still provides a thickness adjustment which must be taken into account. :cool: A unit firing from a hill will not have the same bounes as a unit firing from the side (unless it's a very high hill)(normally the effect will be almost neligable). Also, units do not fire from hills nearly as often as from the side.
  7. The M1s armor is sloped two ways. To the rear and to the side. Sidal sloping isn't as effective since units offset to the target can ignore the sloping. I hate this new login format! :mad:
