I am surprised that no one has metioned VE day on this forum, and on others dealing with WWII games (B17 II), after all if it weren't for our brave troops, Combat Mission would never had made it past Overlord.

WWII is facinating for me, because it is the first real conflict that coordinates air power, sea power, and land power. Sure, WWI did this to some extent, but not in the diversity of tank formations and mech. warfare to such a point. That is what makes this war so facinating, a dependance on technology and equipment and the strength of human flesh coupled by a heap of will to survive. This is twentieth century warfare at its best!

I would wait for the Voodoo 5500. It has 64 megs of ram and is the same price as a Geforce. Plus it hasn't got all of the compatibility proplems of a g card

Try to go to this site and download the patch that is "Hacked" for the voodoo3. If you have the latest drivers, they maybe causing the problem.http://www.3dwars.com/3dXtreme/FrameSet2.html
