I want to try out the game in the new engine ASAP, and I'll enjoy it either way (I'm refreshing the Battlefront page as often as I think of it, which is about 1 million times a day). According to the info for CMFB demo This free demo of Combat Mission Final Blitzkrieg is available for both the PC and Mac OS X platforms. It contains limited functionality and content to showcase the full version of the game. Multiplayer modes (PBEM/TCP) are fully enabled.
