Just found out about the offering from Ostfront Games when I popped into the amazing WargameVault from which I'd bought scalable building software as gifts for two of my brothers. They've got a steeply discounted version (until July 17th end of site wide sale) of the inexpensive finished rules, which have only been out for ~1.5 months!. Here's an article by its author not only talking about the rules but showing how he approaches the game. Includes color pics.
