  1. I ordered CMBO, CMBB and CMAK the first part of Dec 2008. I received only CMBO in the mail, manual and CD. After several emails to the helpdesk and sales I still have not received CMBB or CMAK. Has anyone else been having problems getting anything mailed from Battlefront?
  2. The graphic card is a "ATI,RadeonHD2600". Would that make a difference in viewing the text?
  3. Well the old G4 mac is dying, 8 yrs old and I use it to play CM x1 in OS 9. Great games with lots of scenarios. So now I have decided to try to play CM x1 with a 2.4Ghz iMac and Win XP. I am running Win XP in boot camp. I down loaded the Demo CM Africa corps but the text was just white boxes and no readable text. Are there preferences/options that are not available in the Demo? As it is now, CM x1 is unplayable on my Win XP set up.
  4. For me CMBO set a high standard for computer war games. The number of scenarios made it interesting to play years after it was released. I have over 220 scenarios. Most of which came from a site that I think was called "Scenario Warehouse". One great game. I play it on a Mac with OS 9.2. I would pay good money for an updated game.
  5. Development for OS X!!! Egad, things are looking up. My credit card is ready.
  6. I have a 20 iMac 2.4 Ghz but use a non Apple mouse. It is a Kensington PilotMouse Optical Pro.
  7. I want to thank every one for the help. CMSF has been running just fine after updating Windows XP with Update for Windows XP (KB896256) http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=C2AB5A48-8240-4934-BBD8-34FB8A0FCE3B&displaylang=en Then updating the ATI drivers at http://ati.amd.com/support/drivers/mac/bootcamp-xp.html Then updating CMSF to 1.0.4. I am not sure if the Windows update was necessary?? The game plays just fine with normal settings. I don't know how to determine the frame rates.
  8. I bought Shock force CD when is was released. I can not get the game to run on VMWare Fusion or in Bootcamp on a new iMac 2.4 GHz 1 GB memory OS 10.4.10. In Fusion the game loads but will not run. In Bootcamp when trying to place way-points it quits. I will down load v 1.04 of Shock Force and see if that helps. Has anyone got this game to run on a Mac??
  9. Some of the battles in CMBO have 14" artillery. How can that be added to other battles? I am using a Mac.
  10. That appears to do it. Hold the "option" key while pressing download. The file is on the desk top with suffix .cmg. Thanks.
  11. I am having trouble downloading the scenarios from http://www.dragonlair.net/combatmission/ If the file is not zipped, but is text, I can not use the scenario. I am using a Mac with OS 10.3.9 with Safari to download the file and copy and paste into either TextEdit or Appleworks. The text appears in a window which I copy and paste into the word processor. I give the file a name with a prefix of .cmb or the other prefix ( I can't remember now what it is) and place it into the game scenarios folder. The scenario will not show in the window if I want to modify it nor will show up in the game to start the scenario. Any zipped scenarios work just fine. How can I use the text scenarios?
  12. I would buy WWII At Sea and have the plastic ready. I play Combat Mission more than any other game. Switching to OS 9 is not a problem with me. Go Battlefront!!!!!
  13. Will Down In flames work on a Mac?
