Ithai Posted July 14, 2000 Share Posted July 14, 2000 Hey steve and charles you missed one siginificant thing on the mac version of CM. You forgot to test compatibility with non apple cd drivers. I have a Starmax 5000 and up until recently I had an apple cd rom in my computer but them I switched back to my original drive that came with the computer. The original drive requires cd rom toolkit to run properly. Well to my surprise when I try to run combat mission with cdrom tool kit as the cd driver combat mission says it required the cd to run even when the cd is on the desktop. If this could be addressed in the next patch that would be nice. I can work around it for now but would like to not have to.
