Antonio Posted November 26, 2000 Share Posted November 26, 2000 Okay, this is a strange one....maybe. I've got the Mac version here and I've installed many mods, making this game even better than it started out. One of the mods I installed was one to modify the buildings, giving them red roofs. Anyway, when I create a scenario with some of these buildings, specifically the large heavy buildings, and I go to position troops on this map, the program crashes my machine. I click the "Go" button to get back to the Map Edit screen and the program locks. The cursor will still move, but the program just sits there. Has this happened to anyone else? I ran a conflict test and the same thing happened, so it's not an extension conflict. I also re-installed a clean copy of the game (wit no mods) and it ran fine....that's how I guessed it being the mods, the building mods. I also increased the amount of ram to the program...same problem. So, it must be the mods, but why would this happen? Any thoughts?
