simong
Hi, I have the Gamersgate version of ToW2:K1943 (version 1.3.2) and have just bought the Battlefront version of Caen. The download seemed to be fine, the self-extrator runs fully but when i try to install it it claims to be unable to find my install of Kursk. I've manually pointed it to the correct folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Battlefront\1C Company\Theatre of War 2 Kursk) and have even tried moving the folder to the root of my C:\ drive incase there are any problems with Win7 permissions to the program files. Any thoughts? (I've also noticed that my base Kursk game doesn't come with the auto updater, and also won't let me change the game resolution from 1024x768 - my desktop runs at 1366x768 - either ingame or from the Options app.) Cheers, Simon G. simong
Hi Moon, thanks, that sorted the installing problem. Anyone any ideas about not being able to adjust resolution? I've tried moving the game folder, adjusting permissions, editing the user video.ini, the ww.ini and launching as Admin (both the game .exe and the options .exe) and so far nothing has affected the in game graphic settings. Cheers for all your help, Simon G.
