Moon Posted May 14, 2010 Share Posted May 14, 2010 With each purchase, you get a license key. That key can be activated on up to two PCs at the same time, yes. So you can activate the game on a desktop and laptop at the same time with the same key. If you want to activate on third, however, you would first have to UNLICENSE one of the previously activated games, and then RELICENSE on the third PC. There is no limit as to how often you can do this, i.e. you can UNLICENSE and RELICENSE as often as you like, but you can never have more than two copies of the game active at the same time with the same key.
