The former takes you here: http://www.battlefront.com/helpdesk/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=62&nav=0,2 It is this page that lists file(s) for essentially every battlefront game EXCEPT CMSF. I did add the main executable for CMSF, restarted, and I still have this problem. Also, I cannot find that file in C:\Windows that is mentioned in # 8. As for the video problem, I tried that solution and it didn't work.
Moon
The file missing under #8 is what makes this whole thing not work. If you don't have this file, your game won't work. If this file is missing, then that's because your Windows has blocked the file from being written into your Windows directory due to your privacy/security settings (such as User Access Control, or it could also be your anti-virus/internet security program). My suggestion would be to re-install with full admin rights. This is usually enough to have that file written into your Windows folder. You can also try to manually copy it there. In order to obtain that file, please submit a ticket at www.battlefront.com/helpdesk and we'll email it to you. I'll have CMSF added to the list, however, as you noticed it's not difficult to figure out what the main executable is, and if we list every single game over time that list will be very very long

I just submitted a ticket wherein I request that file.
