kevinkins Posted September 1, 2007 Share Posted September 1, 2007 Given the new tools, would it be interesting to have several guys program the AI on a base scenario and then have others determine the best AI plan via playing out the battles? We may learn a lot from a contest like this. Could start small - 3-5 programers and 3-5 players. However, the scoring system in SF may not lend it self to contests like CM did before. Before the final score was a % based on 100% eg 65-35. I think there was a fine level of precision because the losses were counted up at a low level.
