chanss
Lately to me it seems my men get more experience points the higher grade they got. Is that so? Or am I just imagining that? If so it would make more sense to promote the men than else is needed, as it it is now I hardly ever promote anyone. But if promoting them would make them get more xp, promoting is a good choise to do. Does grade affect xp gain?
Sabai
grade affects leadership, leadership affects morale, morale affects efficiency of the troops , efficiency means more kills, more kills = more points; so i guess they get more exp points all in all . nonickch
well, technically the amount of kills and in consequence XP gained on each map is the same. What I have seen in the mission xml files is that each objective (be it primary or secondary) has an assigned xp value to it. From my experience later missions in a campaign offer a whole lot more of xp than the earlier ones.
