QUICK FIX FOR FPS PROBLEM

If you are haveing issues with your fps even when you comp luaghs in the face of the specs, and nothing else works.Try opening task manager(Ctrl+Alt+Del) go to the tab that says PROCESSES find tow.exe right click it and select priority HIGH then delete anything over 10k kb thats NON-SYSTEM ESSENTIAL

Anything that is set priority to low.
