Camera rotates by itself unless I tick "use single cpu" Can this be fixed?

ToW runs alot faster if it's taking advantage of my dual core cpu, but I have to tick the box to use only one otherwise the camera constantly rotates itself slowly, but enough to make the game unplayable. Is there anyway to fix this because it runs alot slower if I use a single cpu.
