robo Posted August 17, 2000 Share Posted August 17, 2000 I just installed one of the high-res grass mods - everything plays fine except I just hit Esc by accident and then when I hit the icon to open up the game again my computer rebooted (I've seen this reboot behavior before when zooming way out with my older graphics card). Anyway, that's not the problem I'm writing about - the problem is that my autosave game file became totally corrupted. Shouldn't this file be written to disk at the beginning (or end) of every turn? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
greywolf Posted August 17, 2000 Share Posted August 17, 2000 I've had my game corrupted also. And it was after it crashed in the middle of the game. Perhaps the game is keeping the save file open during play? Because both my autosave and manually saved game were corrupted.
