Destraex
THe latest atomic magazine has a two page review of TOW. 7 out of 10 was awarded. They pretty much sum it up by saying its a good game, feels unfinished and has great potential with some patches http://www.atomicmpc.com.au/issue.asp
Destraex
one thing they say in the review is that like other games the tank rush is the ultimate tactic. I do not agree with that esp if the enemy has at or tanks themselves. A tank charge ends in failure
=Goodshot=
Destraex says One thing they say in the review is that like other games the tank rush is the ultimate tactic. I do not agree with that esp if the enemy has at or tanks themselves. A tank charge ends in failure I totaly agree,I dont think the testers played all missions, there is no way you can rush any armor forward, you will suffer great loses. I usualy scout ahead then use armor and infantry to slowly move ahead, often I have almost no armor loses and 75 ~ 80% of my infantry left after the battle.I never rush anything, the thing about TOW I like,is the fact that the game is RTS but lets you play at your own pace, because of this you have time to think and apply whatever strategy you wish. God bless your troops.
