Jim Mason
I'd like to see a system where when you commit to buying a unit, and then the MPP's are automatically deducted AS YOU GO, so for example, if you want a Corps unit that costs 105 and takes three turns, you only need 35 MPP's to start production. Then on the following turn, 35 MPP's would be automatically deducted, etc. until the unit was done. This is more realistic, don't you think? That way you could have lots of units in the pipeline at a time, but you would have to be sure not to have too many or you wouldn't have enough MPP's to pay for reinforcements, etc. If you run out of money or overcommit, you're just out of luck and something doesn't get built. I know this sounds kind of complicated, but I just have such a hard time saving for stuff . . . Any thoughts?
Panzerkeil
Although I am not sure if this is possible to implement, due maybe to game coding, it is a valid idea. If you do run out of money while building units, then the deployment time for that unit would be increased. This idea has merits.
