Jeffrey
Hello, We were trying to play cooperative game with a friend and we encounter that on the machine which is remote client, game is working really slow. We tried both configuration (host client, client host) the always the same, client player has "slide show". We played in local area network so there was no problem with slow connection. Both PCs are stronger then required. Is it a bug, will it be improved in some patch ? Best regards, Jeffrey
Tanker0815
Hi there, I have exactly the same problem as Jeffrey had wrote. Crazy House please fix this MAJOR bug. This game is worthless if the LAN game is IMPOSSIBLE to play. You can't play it with these "lags". It's stuttering pure. Dear Moon or any other Mod, please report this bug. I want play the LAN missions with friends. We are connected to each other with a router (two PC's). The game is working fine for the host, but impossible to play for the joiner. This major bug must stand on top of the fix list. [ November 19, 2005, 11:01 AM: Message edited by: Tanker0815 ]

String
Hi Everybody, I've just installed the game and have been practicing all afternoon so that when my mate became free, we could "tear" around the Combat Zone having some fun. Alas, the above reported fault occured. The Host was fine, but the client had a lag of around 30 seconds or so, until the tank started to move, at which point, the Host could be driving around the hills and the client would be rooted to the start point. Ok, my PC is moderate, AMD XP3000+ with GeForce 5600, 1024 MB RAM and a couple of 200GB HDD's. My mate's PC is a AMB1800+ with GeForce 5200 and 768MB RAM. The game runs fine when in single player or hosting, but not as a client. Any further developments in curing this? Mark

Hi there, I don't think that there are any news about it, but I hope they fix it in a next patch, or at least in the upcoming addon for T-72 BoF. The hosts Pc in my case was a AMD 3800+, 1024 DDR400 Ram and it had a Geforce 6800GT. So a good PC for this game. The Pc which joints was a AMD 3500+, 1024 DDR400 Ram and it had a Geforce 6600. Also a good PC for this game. So it doesn't have anything to do with the hardware or connection speed because it was LAN. So, it must be the game that makes this problem. The multiplayer in this game is currently worthless. Sorry to say this, but it really doens't help this game to be a good game. I really like the single player missions, but I miss the MP part... They now selling this game in Germany with the name "Iron Warriors" or something like that, and there are many who say the same as I do. This game could be so good without those really nasty bugs. I don't know if anybody of you guys can read some words in german, but anyway here's the news: http://www.gamestar.de/news/pc-spiele/action/31049/ [ March 30, 2006, 09:16 PM: Message edited by: Tanker0815 ]
GiJoe
I can only agree with that :S I was testing "network" on real LAN and on Hamachi, hamachi is emulating LAN and rest is like in normal LAN...still same....

Tanker0815
Hey Moon, can you confirm the Lan-Bug? Have we any official statements from the devs about that? Do they know where the mistake is?
Geckopower
Same problem for me, Moon said they were looking into it, way back in November, surely the devs can either assure us they are working on a fix or not. Rather disappointed that the stated feature (multiplayer) does not actually work.
String
Any one got the Mulitplayer to work? Since it is an advertised feature where do we stand with respect to advertising law? Just a thought!
