Sgt. Steiner
I decided to change the intro music, but every other wav file I substitute for the original 00005010.wav file plays back at high speed once the game is started. If I put back the original intro music wav file, it plays just fine. The other wav files play just fine too, outside the game. Any ideas?

If it's in mono, it will sound speeded up. Windows sound recorder can convert them to the proper format.
Sgt. Steiner
Thanks for the info. I can't seem to find "Windows Sound Recorder" though. I'm running XP Pro. Is it in there somewhere, and if so, how do you get to it?
Tanks a Lot
It should be under accessories/entertainment/sound recorder.
Sgt. Steiner
Found it. Thanks! Was pulling my hair out for a while. The wav I was trying to use was already in stereo, but was only 22khz instead of 44khz like the original intro wav file..
