Creating a new country

Is there a way to create a new country like India or China, or is the game hardwired to include only the countries included in the game? It would be fun to launch a two pronged attack on the U.S.S.R. form Germany and Japan at the same time.

The countries, and everything else, is defined in the localization.txt file. These can all be edited. Then when you open up the Editor, you'll be able to select from the new items.

Recommend you start a new campaign. Save it. Go edit the localization file in the new campaign's directory. Then go back into the Editor and continue.
